Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and develop all store Team Members to foster new business opportunities and sustain store profitability. This encompasses training Team Members on operational systems, policies, compliance, account management, recovery, and daily performance metrics.
Manage overall store performance by achieving or surpassing Company performance benchmarks, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Monitor, evaluate, and train Team Members on various performance reports.
Guide your team to meet or exceed sales targets by promoting loan or pawn products to clients, identifying local marketing initiatives, leveraging business partnerships, securing referrals, and engaging in community events.
Oversee and ensure office security and execute proper opening and closing procedures, including vault management, cash drawer oversight, and bank deposits.
Maintain a work environment that adheres to Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
This includes managing store layouts and ensuring promotional materials are displayed effectively.
Utilize your personal vehicle for bank deposits and other Company-related tasks throughout the workday.
Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently to meet individual and team performance expectations.
Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including some weekend hours, is essential for this role.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of two years of experience and demonstrated success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial services, customer service, or related fields
Operational experience in a leadership capacity
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Valid and current driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for use during work hours (mileage compensated)
Proficiency in phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other operational systems
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
Background check required (subject to applicable law)
Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently include:
the capacity to remain in a stationary position, the ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds, the ability to navigate inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
Preferred Qualifications and SkillsAssociate degree or higher
Experience in retail, sales, or financial sectors
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations
