Creative Events and Customer Service Associate

As a Creative Events and Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for guests of all ages. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating events within our stores, including kids' birthday parties and other craft classes or events.
We're looking for someone with excellent people skills, who can engage with clients and deliver friendly customer service by helping them shop and find what they need. Your attention to detail will ensure that every event is executed seamlessly, from setup to cleanup. You'll also provide fast and friendly checkout experiences, assist with omnichannel processes, and participate in daily store cleanliness activities.
Apart from these responsibilities, you'll have opportunities to develop your creative skills through cross-training in custom framing sales and production. Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, events, or retail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
