Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Barback to join our team at Live Nation Entertainment. As a Barback, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and inventory management.
  • Stay informed about current menu items and descriptions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Follow established guidelines and protocols to ensure event success and maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Clean and maintain bar equipment, including glassware, utensils, and other supplies.
  • Perform opening, running, and closing side duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
