Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Uline's Ohio branch. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to match quality candidates with a job they'll enjoy at our new 1.4 million square-foot warehouse in Columbus.

About the Role

This on-site position requires someone who shares our passion and is committed to building strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiting agencies, universities, and other organizations to find top talent. The successful candidate will partner with our leadership team to identify talent needs, develop recruitment plans, and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for all levels of our growing warehouse operation, from entry-level roles to technical, high-level positions.
  • Recruit active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and networking relationships.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and implement effective sourcing strategies.
  • Evaluate applicants' alignment with position requirements and make recommendations for hire.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH RECRUITING AGENCIES, UNIVERSITIES, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO FIND TOP TALENT.
  • Serve as a backup on other HR duties, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and more.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
  • PREFERRED 1+ YEAR OF HR GENERALIST EXPERIENCE.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Able to travel for two weeks of initial training at Uline's North American locations.
