Job Overview

The Inn at Swarthmore is seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our dining services staff, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, providing training, guidance, and feedback to foster skill development and teamwork.
  • Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and priorities for front-of-house team members, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs and guest demand.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate service objectives, menu updates, and other relevant information to the team.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in a similar environment.
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
