Job Title: Barback, Concessions

Job Summary:

The Barback, Concessions is responsible for providing exceptional guest service in the Concessions environment. This role requires a team player who can multitask in a fast-paced setting, ensuring prompt and quality service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Stock and maintain bar supplies, including ice bins, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of the bartender and guests, providing a high level of service.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Report to work on time, prepared to start at the designated hour, and set up as directed.
  • Adhere to operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual.
  • Ensure prompt, quality service is provided to guests.
  • Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Must be able to read, speak, and write English in order to communicate with guests.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work all Yankee Stadium events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • Must have two to three years of experience working in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant.
