Delaware North Gaming is seeking a part-time Mixologist to become a valuable member of our team at Finger Lakes Gaming. In this role, you will be tasked with serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner while ensuring an outstanding experience for our guests.

Compensation

Please be aware that this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay mentioned does not include any potential tips.

$11.02 / hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Process drink orders from guests and servers, handle payments, and provide accurate change
  • Prepare beverages according to established recipes and standardized proportions
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, verify identification, and comply with all alcohol service regulations
  • Accurately complete sales and inventory reports
  • Maintain bar inventory by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies as needed
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting
  • Experience with cash handling and credit card transactions
  • Familiarity with computerized point of sale systems
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift stock weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Exposure to moderate to high noise levels during peak times
Work Schedule

Evening shifts, weekends, and holidays are required.
