Merchandise Pricer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Merchandise Pricer to join our team at Goodwill Industries-Easter Seals. As a Merchandise Pricer, you will be responsible for pricing donated products to meet production standards and goals for store sales. You will also select quality donated products within Goodwill stores to meet goals for E-Commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

* Price donated products to meet production standards and goals for store sales
* Select quality donated products within Goodwill stores to meet goals for E-Commerce
* Promote and adhere to Goodwill-Easter Seals' mission and values
* Provide excellent customer service throughout the store
* Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment for employees and customers

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees, and customers
* Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
* Strong attention to details
* Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service
* Ability to interact with a diverse population in a human services setting
