Job Description

Overview

Super Soccer Stars is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to join our team. As a coach, you will be responsible for teaching soccer skills to children in a fun, non-competitive, and educational environment.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Soccer Skills: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to teach soccer skills to children of various ages and skill levels.
  • Lead Classes: Lead energetic and motivating classes, connecting with each child and helping them achieve motor development goals.
  • Communicate Effectively: Effectively communicate with the office and provide solutions to any issues that may arise.
  • Be Punctual: Show up on time to class and be prepared to lead the session.
  • Equipment Management: Set up and break down equipment after each class.
  • Provide Individual Attention: Provide hands-on individual and group attention to children during classes.
  • Adhere to Safety Policies: Adhere to all COVID-19 safety policies and protocols.

Requirements

  • Availability: Must be available to work one or more of the following shifts: Weekday Mornings (9 am – 12 pm), Weekday Afternoons (2 pm – 6 pm), Weekend mornings (8:30 am – 2 pm).
  • Punctuality: Must be punctual and willing to learn and accept feedback.
  • Experience: Prior experience working with children is required.
  • Personal Qualities: Must be motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive.
  • Personality: Must be hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing.
