We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at West Town Dental Care.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, conducting dental hygiene procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and exams
- Provide patient education on oral health and hygiene
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills
Requirements
- Current dental hygienist license in South Carolina
- Associate or Bachelor degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures
- CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills
