The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our organization is dedicated to ensuring that families have access to essential services, supported by a team that includes a Branch Manager and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and skills evaluations as mandated by funding sources and patient requirements.
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans and treatment strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
- Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and related evaluation reports for prospective clients.
- Deliver evidence-based social skills training and behavioral interventions to clients and their families.
- Provide mentorship and oversight to RBTs, ensuring their professional development.
- Administer RBT competency evaluations and ongoing assessments.
- Ensure RBTs maintain their professional standards through regular supervision and skill development sessions.
- Foster positive relationships with families and caregivers throughout the treatment process to enhance client outcomes.
- Conduct regular parent training sessions to facilitate collaboration and progress tracking.
- Identify areas for improvement in patient care and provide constructive feedback to families, including reviewing treatment progress and collaborating on individualized plans.
Essential Competencies:
- Expertise in ABA methodologies, autism intervention, social skills development, and behavior modification.
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in documentation and communication.
- Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating effective time management.
- Leadership capabilities and adeptness in relationship management.
- Commitment to personal growth and collaboration with team members.
- Provision of ethical and evidence-based practices in all interventions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Current certification as a BCBA in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Valid state license for practicing as a BCBA.
- Compliance with BACB continuing education requirements.
- Experience in conducting assessments, developing programs, analyzing data, and training families.
Work Environment:
The role is situated in a professional and engaging atmosphere that adheres to HIPAA regulations and BACB ethical standards. Administrative support is readily available for any inquiries or assistance needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $68,000 - $83,631.

Full-time position with an 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday.
