Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Material Handler - Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Quality: Safely complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks, including unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with a strong focus on attention to detail.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Meet productivity, quality, and safety requirements, ensuring products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customer expectations for quality and delivery speed.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate computerized scanning equipment and other machinery as needed, with a focus on maintaining a high level of proficiency.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age, with a strong background in warehouse operations or a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Comfortable working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations.
  • Physical Abilities: Frequently lift, push, and slide packages weighing up to 50lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 75lbs.
  • Soft Skills: Able to receive feedback and work well in a team environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
