Aveanna Healthcare Seeks LPN for Specialized Care

Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to implement effective care plans
- Use advanced clinical knowledge to assess patient needs and develop individualized care strategies
- Foster strong relationships with patients and families through empathetic communication and education
- Stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices and technologies in home healthcare
Essential Qualifications:
- An active, unrestricted LPN license in the chosen state
- Current CPR certification from a widely recognized authority
- A recent TB skin test result (within the last 12 months)
- At least six months direct nursing experience (though not mandatory)
Salary and Benefits:
- $65,000-$80,000 yearly salary, contingent on location and expertise
