Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate clients' conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Deliver specialized pediatric nursing services, including wound care, medication management, and education.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective care delivery.
• Document all interactions, interventions, and outcomes in clients' medical records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including charts and progress notes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Valid RN licensure in Maryland.
• At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
