We are seeking an experienced Punch Out Technician to join our team. This role will partner with our construction and warranty teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete punch out duties for new construction homes
  • Perform cabinet touch ups, nail pops, dry wall repair, and other minor fixes
  • Assist with plumbing and electrical work for small repairs

Requirements

  • One year of experience in completing punch out duties for new construction homes
  • Knowledge of plumbing and electrical work for small fixes
