We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Expert to join our team at Thomas Cuisine. As a culinary professional, you will play a crucial role in preparing and cooking high-quality meals for patients, staff, visitors, and catering.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of one year of directly related work experience in the fast-food, restaurant, hospitality, or other culinary environment. You should have knowledge of HACCP food handling standards and guidelines, as well as industry standards relating to personal hygiene in a culinary environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare orders for patients, staff, visitors, and catering using standardized recipes and service and/or plating guidelines.
  • Take note of variances in recipes and plating guidelines and communicate issues to the Executive Chef.
  • Assist customers with orders by answering menu and recipe-related questions.
  • Build rapport with guests.
  • Follow regulations and established standards applicable to personal hygiene and food preparation, handling, and disposal.
