Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer accounts, researching and resolving chargebacks, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Research and resolve customer chargebacks in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service through prompt communication and resolution of issues.
- Work closely with the AR Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve team goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and chargeback processing.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and basic word processing skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation Package:
- A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- A generous paid time off policy, including vacation and sick leave.
