Histology Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Histotech or Histology Technician to join our team at a laboratory that provides comprehensive anatomic, clinical, and molecular pathology services.
About the LaboratoryOur laboratory is fully certified by the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the Joint Commission, as well as the Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA). We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our patients and clients.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and complex histology procedures, including embedding, grossing, special stains, and IHC. A Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in histology or a related field, along with a HTL or HT Certification through ASCP or equivalent, is required.
Responsibilities- Perform histology procedures, including embedding, grossing, special stains, and IHC
- Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment
- Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure high-quality results
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in histology or a related field
- HTL or HT Certification through ASCP or equivalent
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
