Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension St. Vincent. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessing and coordinating patient care plans.
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
  • Assess and document patient condition, communicating with the healthcare team as needed.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
