Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Team Member to join our Harps Food Stores team As a member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the cash register and process transactions efficiently
  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information
  • Maintain a tidy store environment, including restocking shelves and merchandise
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash
