You will also complete assigned maintenance make-ready sheets, turn vacant apartments, maintain pools and spas, including chemical testing and furniture cleanliness, and maintain property grounds, workplace, and maintenance shop. Additionally, you will respond to after-hour calls and emergencies, and perform additional duties, responsibilities, or projects as assigned.", "Requirements": "We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience. You must have HVAC certification and previous painting experience is preferred. You should have skills relating to all building systems, knowledge and understanding of the unit turn process, and knowledge in plumbing and pool and spa. You must also be familiar with appliance repair, electrical repairs, and basic roofing repairs. A valid drivers' license and current auto insurance are required. You must be able to work a 40-hour work week, including on-call rotation, and have weekend availability while on-call.
