Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Right Hire Consulting LLC.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute project plans, including identifying design criteria, conducting site investigations, and coordinating with external consultants.

  2. Supervise a team of engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality work.

  3. Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

  4. Coordinate with clients and agencies, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  5. Represent the company in meetings with clients and agencies, providing updates on project progress and discussing new business opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in civil engineering design, including 3 years as a central design figure for a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and team-building skills.
  • EIT certification.
  • Ability to obtain PE license within 2 years of hire/promotion.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
