Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will assist individuals with their personal hygiene, support individuals who can have behavioral challenges, and help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Take initiative to help participants achieve their developmental goals
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
