Job Title: Night Donut Mixer

We are seeking a skilled Night Donut Mixer to join our team at SpartanNash. As a Night Donut Mixer, you will be responsible for the production of donuts, including mixing cake donut and yeast donut mixes, sheeting the dough, cutting, and proofing the donuts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate all machinery to produce high-quality donuts
  • Mix cake donut and yeast donut mixes according to recipes
  • Sheet, cut, and proof donuts to ensure optimal quality
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure donuts meet standards
  • Follow safe, sanitary food handling policies to prevent contamination and foodborne illnesses
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • No experience required, but basic math and reading skills are necessary
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy bowls and cabinets with dough
Working Conditions:

Exposed to constant indoor temperatures of 75 degrees or higher

Loud machines and cleaning solutions are used in the production process

Must be able to work independently and with others in a team environment

Flexible schedule with holidays and weekends required

Starting wage: $18.00
