Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and dispose of litter and debris in a responsible manner.

  • Utilize tools like shovels, rakes, and power mowers for effective landscaping.
  • Ensure walkways and parking lots are kept clean and orderly.
  • Perform cleaning duties for vacant units as required.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Efficient operation of gasoline-powered equipment.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Capability to work under various environmental conditions.
  • Physical strength to lift heavy items and engage in manual labor.
Supervision Structure:

Work under the direction of supervisors and report any irregularities encountered.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not include supervisory duties over other staff.
