* Provide direct 1:1 therapy sessions to clients
* Implement skill acquisition programs and maintenance programs
* Collect and analyze data to inform treatment plans
* Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement behavior protocols and FBA/BIPs
* Lead group skills and train therapists to provide quality services
* Complete weekly treatment integrity checks and monitor therapist feedback

Requirements:

* 1+ year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
* Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection procedures
* Excellent leadership and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
