Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will assist individuals with their daily needs, including personal hygiene, and support those who require additional assistance due to intellectual or developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, or behavioral challenges.

You will work closely with our participants to develop meaningful relationships, help them achieve their goals, and provide a supportive environment that enables them to thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to help participants achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • No prior experience is required; however, a willingness to learn and grow is essential
  • A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance (for driving positions)
  • The ability to communicate effectively and adapt to changing situations
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
