Role Summary

As a Pharmacy Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in various intricate projects that encompass the design, financial oversight, and continuous management of retail pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pharmacy accounts for high-volume clients.
  • Ensure the accuracy and auditability of Profit & Loss statements for all retail pharmacy locations.
  • Conduct reconciliation services for third-party and 340b programs associated with retail pharmacies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within St. Joseph's Healthcare System and its retail pharmacy partners.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally with a focus on quantitative studies.

Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) is preferred.

2-3 years of experience in managing business operations or customer relationships, or a combination of education and experience that provides a comparable background.

Certification as a Pharmacy Benefits Management Certified Technician (PBMCT) is required within 90 days of employment.

Experience in the managed care or healthcare insurance sector is advantageous.
