Make a Difference
We're seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Paramedic to join our Emergency Department team. As an LPN/Paramedic, you'll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, and performing phlebotomy. You may also be involved in order transcription, documentation, and patient education.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Graduation from a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
- Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
- For Paramedics, a high school diploma or GED and state certification by the Indiana Department of Homeland Security are required.
- Experience working as a Paramedic, EMT, or ED Technician is preferred.
