We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility in Charleston, South Carolina.

Job Overview

As a Medical RN Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced inpatient environment. With a strong focus on teamwork and communication, you will work closely with our dedicated medical staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $85,000 and $115,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of nursing experience and a strong background in Medical Surgical and Telemetry care. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care to a diverse range of patients, including those with complex medical conditions
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid SC RN License or pact RN License
  • Current certifications in American Heart Association BLS and ACLS
  • Minimum 1+ years of nursing experience, with a strong background in Medical Surgical and Telemetry care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
