Registered Nurse - Inpatient Behavioral Health

A prominent non-profit healthcare organization is looking for dedicated RNs to fill Inpatient Behavioral Health positions across various locations.

This is an excellent chance to become part of a well-established healthcare provider and work in a large inpatient psychiatric facility that focuses on mental health and addiction recovery. The facility features over 200 inpatient psychiatric beds, a detoxification and rehabilitation center, as well as a comprehensive adolescent residential program. Furthermore, they provide a fully accredited educational institution for middle and high school students facing emotional challenges.

As a full-time Behavioral Health RN, you will have the opportunity to care for patients of diverse age groups suffering from a variety of conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, dementia, and substance use disorders.

Compensation Package: $85,000 - $117,000 annually (based on experience)

  • Shift differentials for evening and night shifts

Qualifications:

  • New Jersey Licensed Registered Nurse or eligibility to apply
  • Preferred: 2 years of inpatient behavioral health/psychiatric experience
  • Open to new graduate RNs or those without behavioral health experience but possessing a strong clinical background and a genuine interest in this field
  • BSN is preferred
