Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals as well as customer expectations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop new relationships and maintain existing ones, working with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle, providing personalized financial solutions that meet their goals.
  • Present financial solutions based on customer needs, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of the terms and conditions of their loan.
  • Partner with local businesses to seek out and develop new customers, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Learn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations, and ensuring that customers are treated with respect and fairness.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
  • Bilingual - Spanish.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Target base salary range is $17.00-$20.00, based on various factors including skills and work experience.
  • Competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.
