How You'll Contribute:
As a Staff Pharmacist on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you will play a vital role in enhancing community health, serve as a trusted resource for patients, and ensure that pharmacy operations are efficient and continuously improving within a global organization committed to innovation in medication management.
- Deliver exceptional and personalized patient care along with pharmacy consulting services; provide guidance with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence.
- Foster strong relationships with local healthcare providers to guarantee accurate and safe medication dispensing.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of pharmacy operations and a commitment to ongoing improvement, learning, and leadership to deliver optimal patient care and support the development of the pharmacy team.
- Stay updated on regulations, best practices in retail pharmacy, and knowledge of specialty conditions such as Autoimmune disorders, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and others.

What You'll Bring
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of the state pharmacy board examination.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing.
- Compliance with continuing education requirements.
- A minimum of three years of experience in pharmacy practice.
- Covid-19 Vaccination.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- This role is moderately active, requiring standing, walking, and other movements throughout the shift, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Regular communication is essential, as the employee must frequently talk and listen.
- Ability to distinguish colors and shapes is necessary.

Compensation will vary based on the region. For Maryland, the expected salary range is $120,000 - $135,000 annually.
