We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our team at J. Jackson Law Offices, PLLC. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional support to our attorneys and case managers, assisting in all phases of the pre-litigation case management process.

Responsibilities
  • Field and route incoming calls from current and potential clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to qualify clients, gathering essential information to facilitate the case management process.
  • Manage the client retention process under the guidance of a senior case manager, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Schedule virtual and in-office consultations, coordinating with attorneys and clients to meet their needs.
  • Manage attorney calendars, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team.
Requirements
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong background in inbound call center operations.
  • Inbound call center experience is a plus, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a sales environment is preferred, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly organized with document management experience, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Outlook, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and interpersonal skills.
