About the Role

Pritchard Industries is seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the operational functionality of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems across various commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain in good working order and condition, the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems, and all other equipment related to the mechanical and electrical plant of the building.
  • Prepare, maintain, and regularly review logs for service, repair, operation, and complaints related to the equipment.
  • Develop and maintain in operation, a program for preventive maintenance of the mechanical/electrical equipment and critical site systems.
  • Maintain equipment according to the recommendations of the equipment manufacturer and communicate with manufacturers to obtain necessary data and literature.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in operating commercial buildings.
  • Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Life Safety Systems.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.
Benefits:
  • Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year (based on industry standards).
  • Full-Time Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm.
