Physical Therapist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to patients, helping them regain mobility, manage pain, and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine therapy needs and establish treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific conditions and functional limitations.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities effectively to promote recovery and improve patients' physical well-being.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing education and support throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience.
