Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Stringed Instrument Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and have foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
  • Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested
  • Complete warranty repair work
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
