The Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant position will support our clinic:

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities for the Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant:
  • Accurately document all facets of care, including clinical services, billing, and communication with the healthcare team and the public
  • Exhibit thorough clinical knowledge and maintain acceptable performance in all areas of patient/client interaction
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare regulations, and billing and coding protocols
  • Effectively communicate with patients/clients, the public, and all members of the healthcare team
Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills for the Rehabilitation Therapy Assistant:
  • Completion of or enrollment in residency training is preferred
  • Clinical Specialist board certification is preferred
Experienced and newly graduated Rehabilitation Therapy Assistants are encouraged to apply
