Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech Therapist to join our team at PLAY THINKS. As a Speech Therapist, you will be meeting with new patients, assessing their speech needs, and creating personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments to identify patient speech needs
  • Create tailored treatment plans to address patient goals
  • Document patient care and progress
  • Maintain open communication with patients and their families
Qualifications:
  • Active state license for practicing speech therapy
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong charting and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Benefits:
  • $85,000 - $110,000 annual salary, depending on experience
