LPN Charge Nurse Opportunity

The LPN Charge Nurse is responsible for providing direct nursing services to residents, including observation, recording and monitoring, treatments and therapy, and medication administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively plans and implements resident care according to physician orders, current policy and procedure, and standards of care.
- Administers medications as ordered by physician compliant with facility standards and Local, State, and Federal regulations.
- Renders direct nursing care to facility residents.
- Monitors and records resident care data consistent with existing policies and nursing practice standards.
- Supervises and administers the delivery of resident care in the resident care area assigned.
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Salary: Estimated $45,000 - $60,000 per year
