We are seeking a highly qualified Interim Physical Education Teacher to join our team at Champaign Unit 4 Schools. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for teaching physical education to middle school students and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
Responsibilities- Teach physical education classes to middle school students, focusing on teamwork, sportsmanship, and physical fitness.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement physical education programs.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with Middle School Physical Education and Health Endorsements.
- Experience teaching physical education to middle school students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt to changing circumstances.
