Psychiatric Nursing Supervisor

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a House Supervisor at Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health. As a member of our nursing management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and the smooth operation of our psychiatric units.
About the RoleThis is a unique chance for a nurse leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. As a House Supervisor, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient. You will also supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and support they need to provide excellent care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient in collaboration with the treatment team
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and support they need to provide excellent care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions of care
