At Any Lab Test Now - Rogers, MN, we're committed to providing individuals with the tools they need to take control of their health. As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process specimens, including labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and preparing for transport as required by test order.
  • Knowledge of common blood tests and ability to explain our services to businesses and customers over the phone.
  • Sell our testing and collection services to walk-in customers.
  • Proficiency with G-suite and Microsoft Office applications, with knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
  • Organizational skills, including inventory tracking, record keeping, order/stock supplies, and sanitizing.
Requirements
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Phlebotomist.
  • Three years phlebotomy experience, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Quest or Lab Corp.
  • Experience performing DOT collections.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
Work Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00A- 6:00P AND Saturday 8:00A- 1:00P. Medical Assistant to work 1-2 rotational Saturday per month. No overnight, Sunday, or holiday shifts are required.
