We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager to join our dialysis team at Health Systems Management, Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Promote a Culture of Excellence: Foster a harmonious working environment by utilizing effective communication skills and team building concepts.
- Ensure Patient Safety: Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff in accordance with our safety policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Develop and Lead a High-Performing Team: Plan, assess, facilitate, direct, and monitor staff development activities to ensure clinical competence.
- Drive Quality Improvement: Analyze unit operations through the Quality Assessment and Improvement Process (QAPI) and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage Facility Operations: Collaborate with the Facility Manager and/or Nurse Administrator to manage facility expenses, staffing, and operational components.
- Stay Current with Industry Developments: Maintain a leadership role through program planning and development, and stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Licensure and Certification: Current RN licensure, ACLS certification, and 1-3 years of management experience in hemodialysis.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent bedside manner, communication skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
