Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN specializing in Post Partum care to provide exceptional patient support in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care for both high and low-risk antepartum patients.
- Manage couplet care, GYN surgeries, and circumcisions.
- Serve as a charge nurse and preceptor, guiding less experienced staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the specialty area required.
- Must possess an MD/Compact License (in-hand).
- Current AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NRP certifications are mandatory.
- Previous travel nursing experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR is a plus.
- STABLE certification is preferred.
- Experience in Baby Friendly hospitals is highly desirable.
- LDRP experience is strongly preferred.
Work Schedule:
- Available start dates are flexible, with shifts scheduled every other Monday.
Shift Details:
- 3 twelve-hour shifts during the day, guaranteeing 36 hours per week.
Floating Requirements:
- Yes, to areas appropriate for skillset within the facility.
Orientation Instructions:
- First Day Instructions (FDI) are provided through the clinicians' virtual orientation module sent by the credentialing analyst.
Additional Information:
- Scrub color is navy blue, with clean scrubs access available at the hospital.
