About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Outcomes Coordinator to join our team at Covenant Health in Tennessee. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the improvement of patient care by analyzing clinical outcomes and care delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to design and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • CURRENT TENNESSEE RN LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
  • THREE (3) TO FOUR (4) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS AN RN IN GENERAL NURSING.
  • AT LEAST FIVE YEARS OF ACUTE CARE NURSING EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED.
  • A VALID TENNESSEE DRIVERS LICENSE AND STATE MANDATED MINIMUM INSURANCE COVERAGE ARE REQUIRED.
  • DRIVING RECORD MUST MEET COVENANT HEALTH MINIMUM STANDARDS AT THE DATE OF HIRE AND THROUGHOUT EMPLOYMENT TENURE.
