Residential Treatment Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Treatment Specialist to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing direct care to clients and promoting a supportive environment that fosters recovery and growth.

The estimated salary for this position is $54,500 per annum, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming a starting rate of $15/hour. This figure may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.

Job Description:
Your Role:
* Interact with and supervise clients in treatment, promoting a safe and supportive environment
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client-centered plans
* Monitor and report any changes in client behavior, medication adherence, or other relevant information to the treatment team

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and incident reports
* Assisting with daily tasks, such as laundry, meal preparation, and household chores
* Providing emotional support and guidance to clients as needed

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent, required
* Experience in a residential treatment setting, preferred
* Current CPR, AED, and First Aid, preferred
