Job Title: Teller Retail Banker

At Woodforest National Bank, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller Retail Banker to join our team. As a Teller Retail Banker, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and market bank products and services to customers to achieve individual sales goals.
  • Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance to ensure accurate and efficient customer service.
  • Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines to ensure seamless operations.
  • Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience; OR an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant sales and/or customer service experience; OR a Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be positive and engaging with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:

As a Teller Retail Banker, you will work in a fast-paced branch environment with minimal overnight travel expected. You will be required to stand for most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, stooping, or sitting for brief periods. You may be required to lift and carry items up to 30 lbs.
