We are seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to join our team at BrightStar Care. As a Home Health Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live independently.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting, as directed by the client's plan of care.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
  • Document observed changes in client condition and report to the Director of Nursing.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a Home Health Aide program.
  • Minimum of one year of documented healthcare experience (unless participating in an approved mentor program).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • Licensed driver with an insured automobile.
  • Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with varied assistance depending on client mobility.
