Ariva Group is seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in residential construction to lead our team.

Candidates must be able to work from our office location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate the construction of quality homes from development through final completion.
• Oversee the managerial aspects of home construction, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Select, coordinate, and manage personnel, materials, budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure timely and economical completion of projects.
• Direct and monitor the progress of multiple projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Understand contracts, plans, construction methods, and regulations to ensure successful project execution.
• Track and control construction costs to avoid cost overruns and ensure project profitability.
• Negotiate with labor providers, obtain necessary insurance information, and scope work to meet project requirements.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Complete homes and customer walkthrough items prior to closing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with various stakeholders, including upper management, sales, vendors, and customers.
• Proven ability to supervise effectively at all levels, with a variety of personalities, and motivate team members to perform at a high level of competency.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills to meet established goals and deadlines.
• Decisiveness, flexibility, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction practices and terminology, with the ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
